1️⃣ Real invoices from seemingly good suppliers continue to be unaccepted for brand gating or category reapproval at an alarming rate. Regardless, please resist the urge of submitting invoices from ungating companies that suspend you forever. I created a snap group of the many sellers currently dealing with the topicals lock out due to these suppliers being suddenly invalid. Hopefully these will all be resolved but SP did not have its best week.

2️⃣ “We cannot accept this INVOICE, because: — It identifies information for some of the items under review, but we still need information for the items listed below. — It shows documents that were not requested.”; Love this!!! “Listed Condition: Used Correct Condition: New”.

4️⃣ “After further investigation, this product has been identified as a plastic product that makes an explicit or implied biodegradable claim or unsubstantiated compostable claim. Although permissible for listing on Amazon, plastic products making these claims are not compliant with California law and cannot be sold into California.”

5️⃣ Some sellers received an email about PlayStation becoming gated on Nov – 30 with no chance of applying to sell.

6️⃣ “Hello from Amazon Advertiser Support, On Oct 1st, 2021 Sponsored Products experienced an issue that may have resulted in a delay in budget updates resulting in above-budget campaign delivery. The issue is resolved, and your invoice will be adjusted for any over-delivery caused due to the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.”

7️⃣ From a concerned ASGTG member “PSA: Review your COI if it’s been rejected to see the ACORD template version you were given. Current is the 2016 version. Older versions could be a reason for rejection. We are attempting to verify this but it’s a theory for now.”

8️⃣ Last part new “We removed some of your listings because of buyer complaints that these items did not accurately match the description mentioned in the product detail page. Customers complained that they received the wrong item or wrong brand entirely.

9️⃣ Amazon is limiting the amount of re-measurement requests per month based on FBA sales volume. “Remeasure FBA product and confirm fees. You have 20 of 20 re-measurement requests remaining this month. Learn more here. Submit your re-measurement request below.”

🔟 This is happening for used items only and it’s possible they may want to limit used items in FBA “We are temporarily prioritizing household staples, medical supplies, and other high-demand products coming into our fulfillment centers so that we can more quickly receive, restock, and deliver these products to customers. For products other than these, we have temporarily disabled shipment creation. We are taking a similar approach with retail vendors.”
