Executive Seller Relations has been giving detailed responses and has clearly upped its game and been fairly logical lately; New Lowes Group; There seems to be some reimbursement request suspensions related to short shipments.
2️⃣ Sellers that already verified their mailing addresses are still getting emails to verify their account. You can probably ignore if the account was indeed verified; Returns petition has restarted.
