1️⃣ For related accounts, SP is now giving the first three digits and last three digits of the root account name in the suspended email, so you no longer need to call AH and beg for the first three digits. For items listed without approval, “You still have items listed under a brand you are not approved to sell” and then list “examples of the ASINS”. These are small changes but extremely ultra-consequential and necessary positive changes. (HT AMAZON). See this regarding a question that everyone has been asking me.

2️⃣ Csm-brand-review@ has been super slow, responding to the reapprovals. They stated, “We periodically perform random reviews. As a result we are requesting you provide us with your qualification documents to sell Topicals products on Amazon. We take these actions to ensure the mutual success of our sellers and buyers on our site. This action doesn’t necessarily reflect poorly on you or your seller account. We take a number of factors into consideration. “. I think it may be related to fake docs submitted for approvals originally.

4️⃣ Amazon Lending clearly now requires the business owner to be Guarantor. They will try to collect even if your suspended and they seized your goods.

5️⃣ SFP sent an email seemingly confirming the Saturday Delivery requirement (hence rejecting our petition), but on SC, it states Saturday OR Sunday, which means Amazon has backtracked and is mostly in compliance with the ASGTG SFP petition.

6️⃣ This email was not sent, but they apologized for sending it anyway 😊 “Hello, The email you received on XXXX, 2021 on Medical Devices removal was sent to you in error. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and we have updated your account accordingly. Seller Performance Team. “

7️⃣ “When creating your plan, be clear, concise, and as specific as possible. Focus on the facts and events that led to the issue rather than providing an introduction of your product, business, or customer. Remove other questions or references to ongoing support cases from your submission.”

8️⃣ If you received an email regarding product reviews left by your employee or relatives that starts with “Dear,” but has no name, this is a real email but appears to be a false positive as most of these sellers do not leave reviews at all and does not seem deserving.

9️⃣ SP is allowing you to resolve false suspected IP issues from the dashboard (may not be on all accounts).
