A new wave of seemingly false .CA and . MX related account suspensions all over the place which I would imagine would be corrected soon (of course appeal). Amazon updated the IP help pages.

4️⃣ if you receive one review manipulation warning (even if incorrect), it automatically puts you “at risk” in the Account health Rating (AHR). The AHR is much more accurate as of late and if it says, “at risk”, you are at risk and please appeal and deal with (HT Amazon).
5️⃣ On some e-mails, SP is stating this “If you are not interested in reinstating your listing, no further actions are required”. In others they say regardless, you should appeal. Clearly, the second one is correct, and you should appeal an inauthentic even if the item is not listed.
6️⃣ On renewed suspension, it can take up to 24 hours until the items are pulled offline which is different than a standard suspension – in which the items are off instantly. Get your appeal ready if you get the deactivation email even if items remain live.
7️⃣ “Dear Seller, This is an update on recent changes by FedEx to their transit times that will be in effect from November 2, 2020 to January 3, 2021. FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery is adjusting shipping speeds by adding 1 transit day on some lanes during the 2020 Holiday Shopping Season. As a result, FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery will not be available for Seller Fulfilled Prime shipments when these services do not meet the Prime promise. 8️⃣ A few sellers are saying they keep getting OTP texts out of the blue and changing passwords doesn’t help.
9️⃣ Many sellers received a message in Chinese about advertising and then an apology went out . “Earlier, we mistakenly sent you an e-mail with the subject line “诚邀您参与亚马逊广告问卷调研.” You do not need to take any action, and we apologize for any confusion.”
