1️⃣ Many sellers say that their items are being copied on Temu without permission and have no easy process to remove; ASGTG24 Jan 10th and early bird available; Unsuitable suspensions keep happening. Some of the messaging is about reimbursement, but the issue is the unsuitable goods. Once suspended, it’s very tough but some have been reinstated; Shana Tova and thanks for another great year with ASGTG.“

4️⃣ Some ASGTG sellers lashed out at the child safety team for approving ASINs by email but internally not approving—new email [email protected].
5️⃣ We saw a few of these this week that were not clear violations. “Based on your Account Health Rating, your account is at risk of imminent deactivation. We’ve found that you may have corresponded with customers to influence their reviews on one or more of your products, which is a critical violation.”
6️⃣ “This product is identified as missing bilingual (English and French) labeling and/or packaging as defined in the Canadian Pest Control Products Act and Pest Control Products Regulations. Amazon prohibits the listing of pest control products (also known as pesticides) in the Amazon.ca store that are missing bilingual labeling and/or packaging.”
7️⃣ “To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you once owned the account or had account rights but no longer own it or no longer have account rights by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to sales deed, purchase agreement, business transfer agreement, or contract termination.”
8️⃣ Some sellers received RO letters from Liquid IV via SC messages that may be bogus or a empty threat (unsure); change in remote fulfillment.
9️⃣ Some non-active UK accounts received critical notifications for not having VAT on file even though the account is inactive. Amazon says you need a VAT deregistration certificate, but HMRC is telling sellers there is no such thing. AH is saying it can affect a large .com account, but I doubt that’s accurate.
