Incorrect Prohibited Drugs / ASIN Qty Limits Seasonality / B2B Restricted causing Stranded
Hello All
1️⃣ Some items were removed as restricted products for various prohibited drugs that were totally not the case. You need to appeal and explain this is a clear mistake. For Project Zero, which is great for PL brand owners, you need to have a> 99% accuracy rate or you’re bounced from the program. You can appeal once revoked – but hard to overturn.
2️⃣ Nice human touch, “We reviewed your explanation, and we determined you may continue to sell on Amazon.com.”
3️⃣ We all know that you have to SPEND MONEY to MAKE MONEY, but that is MUCH easier when you actually have that money to spend! But, this is tough when Amazon holds your funds for up to 14 days. Luckily, SellersFunding’s Daily Advance solution can fix that. Eligible sellers in more than 200 countries can access our no-BS solution that offers INCREDIBLE transparency, great rates, and easy onboarding. Check out the Simple Daily Advance and see how we can help you #keepgrowing. (Sponsored)
4️⃣ There is a new “notifications” widget on SC that is similar to ASGTG alerts. This will be useful when something is temporarily down and should not be in the NEWS section.
5️⃣ There are endless “inventory reviews” where inventory is held pending invoices that are not easy but you must be persistent or you can suffer a major loss of the inventory destroyed.
6️⃣ There is no appeals path (as far as I can tell) for ASIN qty limits and probably not worth the hassle at this point trying to appeal and / or escalate. Please do not send in more qty by using a workaround of any sort. The system DID indeed somewhat adjusts for seasonality items as they stated.
7️⃣ “We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your listings at this time. We have not received sufficient applicable tax documents. Please note that pursuant to Article 29 of the “Implementation Rules of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of Invoices”, invoices must be issued in Chinese. “
8️⃣ “We would like to gather some additional information.– Pictures that are representative of the steps implemented– Invoices from testing software purchased– Process control documents that were utilized to implement new testing and audit processes, as well as operator training.”
9️⃣ “If you plan to sell any Transparency-enabled ASINs on Amazon, please make sure all future inventory you source from suppliers includes valid Transparency codes.”
🔟 Inventory stranded due to “B2B restricted” is new. This seems like an internal Amazon glitch according to some forum posts on SC EU.
