FBA Qty limits & SFP Sabbath (Sat) Issue / Clorox Cleaning / NYC Package tax?
Hello All
️⃣ Last Saturday there were drastic reductions on per ASIN sku limits for FBA. This happened even for super popular items that had the Amazon choice badge. Stay away from “workarounds” as always as they will cancel your shipments even after you ship, and it seems to go into a black hole. As of Feb 21, SFP eligibility will have to have Sat pick-up and delivery. Sellers are getting performance notifications for restricted products and other violations for long out of stock items. Please close or if you can delete all out-of-stock listings if this is becoming an issue. After used sold as new asin suspensions, even after reinstated, you may need to apply for reapproval.
️⃣ Some aged accounts are suspended for suspected IP violations, Potential Intellectual Property Misuse. No IP complaints received, No ASINS listed in notifications, No Email to retract. #workWithUsAmazon
️⃣ Major changes to UK VAT from Jan 1. Amazon will deduct VAT on all sales by non-UK sellers, including seller-fulfilled from outside the UK. FBA may now be your best UK business model. Contact Simon Abeles at Haffner Hoff VAT Services [email protected] for registration, filings or any VAT issue.(sponsored)
️⃣ “We appreciate your efforts to comply with our selling policies. We have updated your account with the information that you provided. You may still see the remark on the ASIN on your front but is cleared from our end. Sincerely, Product Safety Team.”
️⃣ Clorox cleaning up. “You have been identified as selling Clorox Commercial Solutions, Clorox Pro or Clorox Healthcare, LLC (“Clorox Professional Products”) products on the Internet through unauthorized channels of distribution. To ensure the satisfaction of consumers and protect its trademarks, reputation, and goodwill, The Clorox Professional Products Company (“Clorox Professional”) takes the unauthorized sales of its products very seriously.”
️⃣ Woops! ” The email you received on XX/XX/2020 was sent to you in error. We have received your appeal and are reviewing the information you provided. No inventory will be destroyed while we are completing our investigation. We will send you an email when we have reached a decision.”
️⃣ Some sellers received this even for non-Epson printers and should be appealed as a false positive. “We are removing your product from Amazon.com based on the 2 General Exclusion Orders (GEOs) Epson obtained from the International Trade Commission. The GEOs prevent importation into the United States of ink cartridges compatible with certain Epson printers.”
️⃣ [email protected] is a phishing email that is all over the place and very deceptive. Please be careful and do not click on any links. ([email protected]) is a legit email for re-approval as mentioned last week. They are very slow and picky with invoices but with patience you can persevere. This is being done often for Topical Approvals.
️⃣ Love this! ! “– Greater detail on the actions you have taken to resolve INFRINGMNATE issues.”
