The tension did not bust but it looks like its about to as a few rough ones were reinstated without the false root account being reinstated. AH has acting frantic constantly calling back suspended sellers trying to get SP to reinstate. None of the larger accounts with 14-day warnings have been suspended yet even though the 14 days passed.

2️⃣ FBA Sellers are having all qty of skus being stranded in situations where they are moving some qty to a FC that is not yet fully operational; New on dashboard “suspected product authenticity issue “.

5️⃣ SP seems to be accepting appeals that explain that the account has been transferred, when a valid Transfer of Ownership agreement is submitted together with an appeal. If you have this – if they are relating you to an account that you purchased off someone else, you are in for some luck and can appeal it.

7️⃣ When you file a DMCA counternotice on a copyright complaint, it is taking much longer than the anticipated 10 days to reinstate and can take as long as 30 days.
