“Unfortunately, we are unable to return the unexpected item to your inventory. Because of this, we are unable to reimburse or reconcile the discrepancies you have asked to investigate for these items. Items may not be located in our network due to the following reasons: - An incorrect shipping label was applied to the shipping container - The item was placed in the wrong shipping container - The item sent was not included on the shipping plan As part of the FBA inventory reimbursement policy, you are required to send the exact items and quantities stated in your shipping plan.”
“A small group of senior Amazon leaders from FBM will be traveling to the XXXXX area and it would be a great opportunity for us to visit your facilities. Would you be available to host us at your warehouse on January XXXX ? The main objective is to learn about your experience with FBM, take a look at your order fulfillment process, and hear your feedback. This in-person visit from members of the FBM team could last about two hours. Please let me know if you are available or if you have any questions. Thank you for your consideration.”
Some sellers received some strange emails about reauthenticating a UPS-linked account on Amazon Buy Shipping with no clear instructions on what needs to be done.
The US government agrees to confer ‘minority’ status on Jewish-owned businesses which likely will benefit Jewish-owned Amazon businesses.
There are strange spoof emails going around that look real even to senior ASGTG members, so please never click on an email to go to your account. Always go directly to your account from Amazon Seller Central.
There was an issue with the free ASGTG “Find Abusive Brand tool,” which has been fixed and is highly recommended. Clear instructions here.
