   Final Sale products are non-returnable and non-refundable, with clear notifications displayed to customers on product detail pages, cart, and checkout.”

4. From a concerned ASGTG member, “Amazon automatically denies certain categories of reimbursement claims damage in transit for hazardous items and food items. There are hundreds of such cases, yet because these items are non-returnable, Amazon refuses reimbursement. They rely on the fact that buyers can select any refund reason they wish, and since the item cannot be returned or verified, the seller is left without recourse.” Please let me know if you are also dealing with this
