Mass Walmart Suspension or Glitch? / Amazon Attacking Legit Sellers / Some Positive Changes

1. There were mass Walmart suspensions and gatings for many categories, especially Health & Wellness, Beauty, Personal Care, Food supplements, Baby Consumables, and ingestible Pet products. It may be a partial glitch. There is a dedicated ASGTG WhatsApp group for this issue; I opened a new TEMU group on WhatsApp for sellers (To Sell). Sellers are experiencing issues with brands being ungated and then gated shortly thereafter; I have had some success assisting sellers on exiting, including resellers. 2. If Amazon requests a reply and the email comes from [email protected], you will need to reply via a case or one of the Seller performance emails.

4. “The provided documentation cannot be accepted due to potential document alterations identified in our verification process. To validate product legitimacy, submit authentic and unaltered documents.”

    

5. Some new positive Amazon changes, “Review recent Amazon-initiated changes to your Brand's listings.” as well as some AI enhancements in the APP.

7. New way of gating. “These products were identified as not being offered by the brand and therefore violate our ASIN Creation Policy. To protect the customer experience, we limit the creation of new branded ASINs by sellers who are not associated with the brand owner.”

    

8. “You have provided an invoice that includes supplier information that matches business information found in your selling account. You must provide an invoice issued by your product supplier, rather than yourself.”

    

9. Amazon moved accounts that were dormant to inactive status. They are easy to reactivate. Always leave 1 item active to prevent this;
