1. The TikTok Ban seems real, so get ready to lose that channel this Sunday; There is some new spin on Michael Kors gating. They are giving 60 days to sell out, which many sellers can live with. Some sellers got partially gated from MK without any email. This seller is hard gated with 250k of goods stranded of Nike and other brands; More Vendor(1P) accounts are “terminated” and will have to move to 3P.

7. Amazon is unfairly enforcing “restricted items” suspensions for a few sellers. Example of 15-Year Seller incorrectly suspended.

    

8. ASGTG has investigated and determined that ShopTemu is selling what appears to be the exact supplement for many items as an item, but they are different and possibly even a health hazard. Do not ingest.

    

9. Effective April 14, 2025, we’ll no longer offer prep services for sharp products and our packaging requirements have been updated to ensure the safety of our associates and customers. You’ll be required to own the end-to-end packaging of all sharp products before you send them to us.”
