  1. A seller received a notice that you need at least 200 units for approval. In the past, it was 10 or 100; An insane admission by an ex-employee of a large marketplace (likely Amazon)

If this inventory is not removed within 30 days of this notification (by 03/18/2025), we may dispose of it in accordance with FBA policies.”

     

  5. There are various supplement items down, including “using equivalent strength” on the title and descriptions which legally is generally accepted as ok.

     

  6. “You may have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge, but you must do so within six months of the date of this letter. If you do not file your complaint in time, the Ombudsman may only be able to consider your complaint if limited circumstances apply. For example, if the Ombudsman believes that the delay was as a result of exceptional circumstances.”
